Sailor Moon was the first anime I ever saw too. I still like it, but it's been ages since I've seen it. I also like InuYasha, Rurouni Kenshin, Yu Yu Hakusho and quite a few others I can't remember the names of.
I've seen Dragon Ball Z a million times as well.
For manga I like Othello and Bleach. I want to get a few others, but it's hard to get the first volumes here if I can get the series at all.
