Well I think its your personal preference...I usually like to start off with the clothes, then legs, arms, head..etc but sometimes I will do the head first or just quickly sketch the whole thing, then add details, but like I said it depends how you feel, because maybe none of them will work or perhaps they all will

I think starting out with the clothes first would work well.
Usually I'd try doing the body..and the clothes wouldn't look right at all. :S Thank you once again! I'm glad I'm not a nusance.
And jw..your sketches are so gorgeous (as I've said before
) and professional looking..How long have you been drawing sketches? It seems like an awful long time with the results you have. :O
