Hmmm... I live in Tampa, Florida, but for some unknown reason (reverse psychology?) everyone insists on dressing like it's about to snow!
Even in the middle of summer, when it can get up to 100 degrees, you see scarves, pants, warm hats and sweaters.

And when its winter (aka 75 degrees) people go all out... furlined parkas, and eskimo boots, etc...

Also, apparently we are one of the goth night club capitals of the world (I've been told...?) and you see alot of very silly looking people with long sweaty/greasy dyed black w/ brght highlights hair, humongus bondage pants, and their makeup basically melting off their faces...
