And since you can actually drink beer/wine etc in the UK legally at 16, I don't see why she should be criticized for doing so in pictures. It's strange that such personal pics of Emma are available on the internet, but they're hardly scandalous - she just seems to be having a laugh with friends and behaving like a teenager
