Ok - I've used eye liner before, usually liquid but dont have any at the mo and want the look. So am thinking of using powder. What is the best way to apply it (wet or dry) and where to. Have nice eyes with long lashes but am lackig inspiration. Can anyone help???

the first thing you want to take notice to is the size of your eyes - if you have large eyes, and minimizing their size is all right with you - line along both the upper and buttom rims of your eyes. If they're close-set or pretty small, like mine, it's wise to just line along the outter corners of your lids.
