Have them make sure it is not in their SPAM folder. Also, you can cancel the invite and resend it. Look for the check box to the right of the person you sent it to and then look for a drop down at the bottom to cancel it...

I tried resending it twice but he still isn't receiving the invitation and it's not in his spam file either
