I did Bikram regularly for like a couple of months and my face broke out too! With all the sweating and the toxins coming out, I just don't understand why some people in my yoga classes wore makeup!

But maybe thats just me..
I really like doing Bikram actually. I was in a car accident a couple years ago and my doctor suggested I do yoga for my back and it actually has helped a lot.
And
palyxa I felt like i grew an inch or two also! But I never actually measured to see if i did..lol!
