^Well, I have a friend who has been superskinny her entire life but since she hit puberty she has had to reduce her energy intake to conserve that size 0 size on her 5' 9" frame. The girls going to castings at 12, 13, 14 years old may have the body then but it's pretty much inevitable for them to have to go to some sort extents to retain the body that made them appealing to clients in the first place.
