not too retro, cheesy or overly wide-leg--whatever that means. ...and one can definitely dress these up or down and wear them to the office.
and for some reason i dislike this look if the bottom just stops an inch or two from the ground with heels--I have a few trousers like this already and wear them with heels and they just barely graze the floor--it's a much cleaner line/look, imo.
