If you go to elle.com, there's a video in the runway section where Dries discusses some of the fabrics he used for the collection. He mentions experimenting with polyester, which I'm guessing is what he means by techno fabric.

laika, this collection is so wonderful, I would want every piece! but what I would buy ... that I'm not sure until I try it on. Dries in reality can be hit or miss for me, since I'm so petite, not everything really suits me. I do really love the dress you picked. And for some reason, I'm really attracted to those leather leggings! But I think what I love most are the color and fabric combinations
