I find all of the editors views on what works as a cover and things that do not,pretty interesting,and i most ceirtanly dont agree with all of it.And its clear why we are in such a slump when it comes to magazine covers these days.
They are following to much of a formula and are not open to expirimenting,sale numbers are first and foremost on their minds,kind of depressing,albeit to be expected,but still.
And i am delighted to hear that celebs like Nicole Kidman and Renée Zellweger don't always sell well for fashion magazines,so i have to ask the obvious;WHY ARE THEY GETTING ALL THE COVERS!!!Will never ever understand appeal of Renee,ever!
I am still paitently waiting for celebrity culture we live in to come to an abrupt end,and we see models back,yes i know its probably wishful thinking.
