Exactly. I only buy my clothes with my debit card. The only credit cards I own are for the dept stores and I only use those to build up points. I always have adequate amounts of money in my account at the moment of purchase.

People who buy tons of things and then just pay the minimum on their credit cards are really just shooting themselves in the foot. I know way too many people my age (23) who are already thousands in debt with no end in sight. How stupid and sad.

Clothes in the end are only clothes. There are ways to get what you want without spending full-price. Sales, ebay, and other smart methods of shopping can get you the end result while saving literally thousands of dollars.

Not to say that I don't yearn for things that I know I can't afford hehehe. I just know what my financial limits are.
