Neither of them gets my vote for the world's sexiest women, but I think Monica Bellucci is much sexier and more beautiful than Angelina Jolie. She is sultry and sensual, whereas Angelina often gives off an in-your-face, pornstar vibe.
And I think Monica's lips are so much more beautiful than Angelina's; they have a beautiful shape, whereas Angelina's are just really full. If they were on a black woman (because they often have fuller lips than white women), I don't think anyone would take note of them.
