To me, it looks well when done in a chic and put-together way as in the example from the sartorialist above. I absolutely HATE it in the nu-rave/grunge/hipster context like Corey Kennedy. I like the neon to be paired with a bit of class, because it forms a sort of paradox that makes you think about fashion - what it is and what it can be.
