1. Face - For me it has to be either classic or fierce. Cute can be good but only whith my second quality. I don't like the chubby doll faces I prefer strong cheekbones and not too small lips.
2. Versatility - Doesn't matter how you look if you can show different facets, you are a great model.
3. Height - 5'11 is perfect in my eyes for a model. Everything under 5'9 would have to be amazing to be liked by me. I think it's good for the runway and pictures to have some long and well shaped legs.
4. Personality - I like it when you see in the backstage shots and videos that they have fun with what they do, and make friends with other models. Sure that doesn't really make them better models but it's nice to see that the model you like is a person you could get along with.
5. Health - I don't like the sick type of models who look like lucifer matches. You can see if a model is healthy in the skin, the way they behave and of course the body. I'm pro skinny but against bony.
