micellar cleanser/solution/water is a water-like cleanser that you dont really need to rinse off (so your face can avoid hard water, which might be harsh for ur skin
)and/or use toner afterwards. vichy, bioderma, la riche posay make micellar solution and so does few other brands. I prefer to use somthing like this because it is nice and simple for the morning routine.
