I spoke with the management the other day about this issue ... ads covering some of your tools. I was told that the ad is probably what they call a
roll over ad ... which means if you roll your curser over it (even without clicking), it expands and that is intentional. However ....
there should be a way to close that window. Look for a "close" button at the bottom or an X in the upper right hand corner.
If that doesn't work .. and
if you can get a screen capture of it ...
