Thanks for posting this.
The thing that absolutely sucks though, is that all of New York is seeing crazy gentrification. I know more and more upper-middle class people who are going to previously "undesirable" neighborhoods like Bushwick and Spanish Harlem. I don't know when, if at all, the trend is going to stop (or at least settle down).
