I'm watching this right now...I think it definitely appeals to an older crowd, because of the main character's age and point of views.
As for whether this show will make it... I hope it does! imo it is a breath of fresh air for its smart, charismatic lead character. Although, who knows with all of the trash teenagers are watching on mtv...(I am only 20 tho!)
I absolutely adore Roses' (one of the sisters) young and naive personality! Plus its great that I can relate to the main character's drive to succeed!
Hope I don't sound so 'old'! lol
