To those who applied what is this authorization instruction? How fast do you get them, seems like i can't send the portfolio until they give me authorization. i just sent financial sheet and the engish fsa sheets today on express. ,while transcript was sent ages ago (didn't receive any mail, am i not suppose to?)
i seriously don't know what in the world is going on anymore. why do they have to make this all so confusing.
