I have the same problem, the worst part is not being able to buy shoes online because I'm afraid they'll be way too wide
I find that vintage stores have great shoes, they were made much more narrow back in the day. I scored a vintage pair of super narrow balenciaga's in a second hand shop.....for $35! The woman kept marking them down because she couldn't find anyone who could fit in them.
