This is really simple, and it's probably not even considered a recipe... but you get some protein and veggies in

Mix:

1/2 cup black beans
2 oz. cheese
1 medium-sized tomato
3 small mushrooms
1/8 onion

Heat for 2.5 minutes, and voila... very filling, and extremely healthy.
