I agree that paps are often intrusive, but Britney is in a public swimming pool, so it's not really much of an invasion of privacy.

If it were a private villa, I'd agree, if they were taking pics up her skirt, I'd agree, if she clearly didn't want to be photographed (sticking fingers up, covering herself), I'd agree, if they were taking pics through a window then I'd agree - but they're not.
