That is the Ad Campaign forums that he directed you to ... where you would find such a thread, if it existed. You must search for what you want ... that is why he said this is where you can "start".
You can do a general advanced search ("Search" on the top navigation bar... go to Advanced, ask to search by thread titles only, ask for results as threads and select Ad Campaigns as the one forum to search.)
Or, easier yet .... go into the Ad Campaigns forum and use the other search method ... "Search this Forum", found on the lower nav bar below the ads. When you click on that, fill in the keywords Asia, Asian and maybe specific countries, if you like ... then check the Search Titles box and see what it brings up. Always search by "thread titles" or you would get every post with your keyword in it ... thousands of results ... not what you want.
If nothing comes up and you'd like to start a thread .. you may start it if you have something to post ("Start a New Discussion" ... above the threads, on the left). If you are unsure if they will allow a thread by continent or country, rather than just by company name (I don't know the answer to this), then send a private message (PM) to any Ad Campaign moderator and ask them if you may or if they have a better suggestion for you. You can identify "Ad Campaign Mods" by looking at the main forums list and you will see purple user names to the right of each forum ... those are the moderators assigned to that specific forum. Click on any of those and you will be taken to ther profile, where you can elect to send a PM.
Also ... every forum has some pinned threads at the top, which will include instructions about how to start threads in that section, the format you need to use and the requirements of what you must include. Review those first, when looking for something or starting a new thread.
Once you do this a few times it gets easier ... and remember, the forum mods are there if you need more help. Just ask them when you are not sure if what you want to do is OK.
