I was thinking about this the other day (I'm doing a Child welfare module at Uni
). And if Pete was around all the time and was doing drugs causally and deam a risk then perhaps so. If people thought she (lila)was at risk and KAte wouldn't cease contact with pete yes.
But apparently hes got clean.
