I agree about the white, if you're going with trends. It's what's hot now for Spring. A navy or dark suit with white shoes? Gorgeous. Ultimately, if the desert boots are just a regular tan or buff shade, what differentiates it from desert boots by a cheaper brand? I like the idea of subverting the classic shape with an interesting material. If you're a size 41, they still have them in black patent leather (on sale at a a steal: $146!) or a high-gloss leather over at MonaMoore.com.
