Hi McClaire. Yes, they probably should be posting thumbnails. But we have no specific rule about that. If you see something you don't think is right, then you should report the post[s] & the moderators will discuss/take care of it.
The mods appreciate when our members do this since we can't be everywhere at once. The Report post link is right next to Give karma.
