yeah thats true, some cellulite creams out there even have caffeine in it.
I think it helps restore muscles as well. Even though I am not a big coffee drinker ( will get one in the morning if I haven't had enough sleep the night before) I tend to try to drink a short coffee at least an hour after exercising.
I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center
