If it is cold I wear long-johns and hiking socks to bed. My bedroom is the most bloody-awful, cold room in the house, excepting the back porch, which doesn't have a heat register.
When it's hot out, I'll sleep in a tee-shirt and my underpants. Back when I was in college and had a roommate, I would throw in a pair of cut-off sweatpants, as well.
