That's a pretty big hammer DA Meyers has there -- I don't think LiLoser wants to publicly stand while a laundry list of her thefts is documented all at one time.
Her problem now becomes her record. If/(when?) she gets charged again, she'll face prison and will be forced to try the case ... and risk a long sentence.
