Great question!
I'd choose Ciara Nugent, Lisa Cant, Jessica Stam, Heather Marks, Lily Cole and Gemma Ward, of course. I think it'd be so amazing to have an entire show with all the "alien models" together!
Also, I'd like to hire more models of African and Asian background. Kenyan models in particular are gorgeous! Yasmin Warsame would definately be on my list, as well as Devon Aoki, if she ever returned to modeling. Lu Yan would be another pick of mine, since she really fits in with the kind of odd look that I like.
Cintia Dicker would of course be on my list as well, because she's redhead and is obviously going to be big!
