Hunger by Steve McQueen I found to be quite disturbing as well..

For books: The Story of the Eye by Georges Bataille - kids having sex with weird fetishes. And possibly Invisible Monsters by Chuck Pahlaniuk & most books by Bret Easton Ellis.

Tv shows: I've never really watched Dexter but the idea of it has always sort of disturbed me - specially when so many people root for him, I don't care if he's killing only bad people, the idea that he takes joy in murdering is just disturbing.
