i understand what you're saying but don't feel that this collection was a regurgitation, so much. some of the collection's details from last season are revisited, i would say. yet & still, most labels represent some form of redundancy- which is a 'signature' by any other word. the 'birds of paradise' concept is well executed when you look at the detailed shots- it's more focused on florals, whereas last couture collection was focused more on hardware & more structured details. i guess if you go back two seasons, that whole gold/gothic collection was a bit similar, but in palette- this collection was more pure; less about glamour more about romanticism.
i feel what you're saying about the whole name drop thing though; urks the hell out of me when people do that about chanel. which has been redundant for more than a few seasons now.
