That's an expression I can see attached to someone complex and controversial, like our Lohans and Spears, whose lives have a lot to tell and whose behavior raises the eyebrows more often than not. What is there to summarize in the relatively "new" and inescapably nondescript Pippa who, aside from being related to Kate Middleton, has done little to nothing to "earn" all this interest, not to mention attention.
