Hey, sorry to hear about your zipper. Just have it repaired at a local cobbler, and let J know about it and you should receive a credit for it with no problem. Take a photo, and send it as an attachment in the email as proof (since you just received it...don't wait).

I never used my rep tote, only my auth one. But, it looks fine to me. I didn't notice any flaws with mine.

I received my vintage shopping tote and i love it although zipper is a little wonky and separates. Question, do your metal chain links match up on both sides of the strap? Hard to explain but I can post a pic because mine don't..like where the links can be opened and closed don't match up perfectly
