Which is why I included the bit about the "the media tells me she is" when using her as an example, because Blake Lively IS currently being touted as It Girl Beauty of the moment.
Personally I do think the media/fashion/Hollywood is too obsessed with one type of girl/woman at the moment, and I think ~both~ Blake and Victoria fall under type, but Victoria owns it while Blake does not. And while I don't mind that type, I would prefer more variety cause not everybody IS that type. (The Blake and Victoria type that I should aspire to has been thrown at me since the 1990s. Meanwhile I'm supposed to frown upon Kate Winslet. And it doesn't have to Kate Winslet the media has to fawn over, but SOMETHNG different.)
