I don't like it but I don't hate it. The heels are special but nothing really outstanding. But I have to say that I love the dress Vlada is wearing. It is fabulous. Is it only me or does Galliano use a lot of pink?

I quite like it, but it might be because I absolutely hated last season, so I didn't expect anything.

i've never liked a dior RTW collection by galliano in my life before until this one. i've always thought that galliano has taken themes, and absolutely killed them in the most obnoxious and blatant ways possible. and, while looking at those collections that feel very costume-ish, i feel overwhelmed and bored by its repetitiveness, but this season seems really impressive to me. i guess it was probably boring for those who regularly love dior. i think this is nice. it's watered down and simpler. i noticed the beauty and craftsmanship in each piece more. it seems more wearable and prettier. just prettier. i feel like more women would want to wear these pieces, and wear them often.

So I'm to believe that this is African inspired ... worn by all Euro models?

    Please.

The vid is up at dior.com. The opening song is really brilliant....too bad they still think they need to go all slow and dramatic with the music during the evening section.

Meh, a mediocre collection. I suppose there a a few nice dresses, butnothing innovative, nothing that evokes strong emotions, which is why I always look forward to this fashion house. So a bit disappointing.

African inspired??? What exactly in this collection was inspired by Africa? It's more like I Dream of Jeanie inspired (especially that hair). I find nothing innovative about the shoes- he's simply made strappy sandals with a naked balerina (or whatever it is) jammed into the heel.

    I'm disappointed.

actually those tailored dresses only reminds me of HC last season...i mean TANYA is wearing almost the same black dress there!
hope Galliano will show next season something totally diffrent otherwise Dior should pick a new designer...

putting the hair and questionable shoes aside, a good portion of this looks wearable.

am i the only one to think that Dior RTW clothings are getting more and more cheaply and badly done in terms of craftmanship.

I totally agree with dior couture 245. The chosen colours "ruin" the collection and gave it a "cheap" aer; only the make-up, wathces, hairdo and the shoes "save" it from failure.
I do really expect a more creative and "dramatic" collection. Here is Galliano-without personality...is so "common"...
