Daily Exercise #4

Yesterday I did a 24,4km bike ride (static bike at the gym)
Tomorrow I will be part of a 4,3km walk :smile:
 
Sunday AM 06/05 | 30 minute walk w/ the dog
 
Yesterday I tried hatha yoga and I will start doing it on saturdays most definitely.

I will also be asking for a plan at my gym...
 
Friday: 30minutes cardio
Saturday: 1 hr bike ride, hiking
Monday: 1.5 hr bike ride, hiking
 
Friday: 40minutes cardio
Saturday: 2 mile run
Sunday: 4 hour hike
Monday: 12 mile bike ride
 
I've started my plan at the gym!

Monday: circuit training
Wednesday: 10 mins elliptical and 50 mins zumba
Friday: circuit training
Saturday: 30 mins body pump, 20 mins threadmill to chill down, 50 mins hatha yoga :smile:
 
Monday 27/06 | 30 minute at-home workout
Tuesday 28/06 | 30 minute at-home workout

Both consisted of -

300 skips
90 full squats
20 half squats
20 left leg lunges
20 right leg lunges
75 arm reps (with 2x5kg weights)
50 crunches
(+ Tuesday included a 30 sec wall sit)
 
Thursday 30/06 | 30 minute at-home workout

Consisted of -

50 jumping jacks
50 full squats
50 crunches
25 push ups
50 jumping jacks
20 left leg lunges
20 right leg lunges
10 full squats
50 crunches
25 push ups
50 jumping jacks
50 full squats
50 crunches
25 push ups
30 second plank
