Low rise designer denim? help!

I need a new pair of jeans, but id like a pair with a really low rise. Im only 5'0", so most "low rise" jeans fit me like regular pair would. I tried the TR Joey jeans that I think are 6.5" rise and even they were a little high. I just want a pair of jeans that I can wear a cute belt with since my belt is usually covered by my shirt. Thanks!

I have a friend who is 4'11", she has some Diesels that are very low-rise, she wears a lot of cool belts, she looks great. Sorry I can't remember the names of the cuts she has, but I think they have new ones out now anyway.

I think Frankie B. is known for very low rises as well.

Thanks so much! I think im going to order a pair of Frankie Bs. Do you by any chance know how the sizing runs? Im a 24/25 in Sevens and Citizens, if that helps.
