and this

ordered these by limi feu...
had to exchange for a larger size, but i may have found my punk-y shoes at last...
^_^

yoox

freaking h*ll...
the larger size is still too small~@!#$@#%#$^%
......

oh well...
the search continues...

*sigh*...
:(

what if you try ordering what they think is the smallest and then you get the right one and that turns out to be the magic formula of yoox with the item :ninja:

haha~!
yoox indeed has some weird size listings as times, but in this case, they only had two available sizes and i did try them both...
no go!

:(

*anyway- i already spent the money on something else- tickets for the Cure!
:mohawk:

]i love the booties the girl is wearing in this pic...
i love the way they go up in the front...
i have no idea what they are---
probably vintage?
it's a pic from a vintage website...
:ermm:

i'm beginning to think it might be worth it to explore the vintage market...
lord knows i NEVER expected to find those vintage YSL's- and in perfect condition too...
barely worn...

These shoes here are acne studios boots. I have two pairs of them. If i remeber right the name of the shoe was Alma? ^_^

ah- thanks dear!
if only i can find them now~

:P

toga pulla

not sure if these count as they are sort of a hybrid...
i think they are outstanding by any standards...
it's all about the white ones, imo
pure genius...

the tricot loafer/sandals are quite cool...

but the Y's studded flats are UBER cool...
:woot:..

LOVE 'em~!!!
:heart::heart::heart:

thanks eugenius~!

so cool...:mohawk:...

You're welcome, softgrey.

Very cool shoes, indeed, but they look like they'd be really uncomfortable, thereby re-enforcing my belief that Rei Kawakubo truly hates our feet.

what?!
i think they look really comfy...
the whole sole is a thick layer of sponginess...
and the ankle strap is buckled, so it's totally adjustable to fit just right...
and the tongue is sewn in, so it won't move or be annoying...

i love everything about them...
absolute genius~!

i just got these....
comfy padded toe...really pointy...
easy on and off with front zip...
nice and narrow ankle...
sturdy two inch heel...sort of a cuban heel...
*feel like i could kick some serious a** in these!
:boxer:...^_^...:innocent:...

i like the soft grey suede---balanced with the hard silver zip...
makes them a bit less aggro...

the color is really like the sky over a stormy ocean...
and the top stitching is not as light as it looks in the pic- it's grey, a shade lighter than the suede...

rawr!!!
:mohawk:...:D

topshop...(of course they are british!)

i'll post better ones later...

Story from the La Times about the rise and fall of the shoe brand NaNa here detailing how they turned down a million dollar deal only to go belly up soon afterward.

This brand was famous for their chunky soles in the late 80s and early 90s. Since then there have been two collaborations (Chloe sevigny for opening ceremony and sole struck)

I miss this brand - Does anyone else?

don't know that i miss them in that i never owned them...
but i always thought they were cool...

after graduating from design school i went backpacking around Europe for a month with a friend...
we obviously had to pack light so we only brought 3 prs of shoes each...
she brought a pair of nanas and wore them every single day for a month and said they were great...
looked good too...

^_^

have started wearing my tricot boats again... :argg:
they seem to have gotten better with age...
most things do...
...

I painted a pair of tan suede birkenstocks a dark silvery metallic color and added silver studs...

worked great...
wore them so much that they are really looking a bit sad now...

...
