2 Piece Shoes

I purchased these shoes a few months ago and am now having a problem with the heels cups on them.
They are the most comfortable shoes i have worn in a long while but the heel cups seem to be losing their strength and starting to lean away from the heels of my feet causing them to slip off when i am walking.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to prevent this or has anyone else encountered this problem also?

hmm... odd. I always come across that my heel slips out, so I get coushy strips that go in the back and prevent that.

maybe take them to a shoe-guy and see what they can do? its usually pretty reasonable.
