the ones you don't see :)

agreed!! lv has definitelt lowered its standards. but then again they bank on those who will buy anything w LV in it... yuck.. murakami was a bit much 4me, but real cherries???? yuck..

jelly kelly bags, initial bags, dooney bags that obviously imitated murakami, chanel ligne cambon bags *2 many tacky fakes*

chhheeeeeaaap looking bag. the fakes look better than this real one.
yuccck

 I don't do "apparent" logos... How tacky. Everyone and their grandmother will be sporting the fakes soon. A WORLD FILLED WITH CHERRY BLOSSOM LV BAGS!

:cry:I am really annoyed at Louis Vuitton... they need a new stream of bags that are very hard to copy... like to me its better buying a designer bag they dont have trillans of fakes it because it is so degrading when you are caring the real thing and people assume that its fake because they use fakes and fakes are taking over the world...

anyone else having this stressful time with LV too?

i love versace big runway handbags caz they are never copied

No offence, but I think that's because generally people are not interested in Versace bags right now, not because they are difficult to copy - those fakers can copy anything, it just often doesn't look so good

I agree totally, its so aggrivating! From now on the only line i will buy is epi.

I love Louis Vuitton bags, but I feel like I'm always behind the times. Like the new Cherry Line...how do I find it? Even if I can't get one right way (b/c I'm sure the wait list is insane), I at least want to see the different styles and admire them...but I can't even find pictures of authentic ones anywhere. Can anyone help?

There you go!

the line is actually called MONOGRAM CERISES, and should be out and in the boutiques by the end of this month, and/or early to mid march. they're available right now to vuitton's vip customers, however. and i've also heard that some styles won't be out until april 1. i 'm assuming those will be the bags presented on the runway, if the runway versions will even be mass-produced. eluxury.com will also have the monogram cerises bags in stock soon.

several few sellers on ebay are already selling these bags (authentic), but the prices are quite sky high.

personally, i find the cherry pattern to be rather nauseating especially on the bigger bags like the sac plat and bucket bag (although i kind of do like it on the keepall).... the cherries could've worked on the speedy but i just personally don't like how they decided to use tiny cherries on it...it looks so garish. i wish they would've used larger cherries on the speedy... :(

i love the cherries in moderation, though... and i'm probably going to buy a wallet or coin purse... :innocent:

ps: there's already a thread on this if i remember correctly... :winkiss:

:yuk: I actually started a topic on the dreadful things.

Sorry! I just joined today and have been looking through past threads. But got a little anxious and was hoping someone could help. I know LV fakes are everywhere these days and it makes me naseaus to see them. But I still love LV! And I think the monogram cerises line is fun!

I have too say it makes me dizzy. Not something I would spend 1k's on.

The line is out in Europe now, at least the unlimited ones, such as the speedy, pochette, sac plat, bucket and keep-all. The introduction was rather poorly managed, to say the least. The stores had the bags, but did't get the green light from Paris to sell them. Then suddenly, on 2 February , they went on sale, but only if you had registered before (which I had been told was not possible as they didn't know which designs they would get). After all that, I wasn't so sure about them, but somehow they tend to grow on you, and I now own a speedy and a pochette.

They get new supplies every week, and everyone can buy them, so there is no need to get panicky. I know some people are worried as the brochure cautions the color print may wear off (maybe as in the graffiti bags), and that should not happen with items in that price range, but anyhow, I have far too many bags to use it that much.

Later in spring, there will be more designs in the limited and even more expensive line, combined with red reptile leather, plus the small "bag charms" which are cute.
