I think she wouldve def been invited,Olivia Thirlby from juno is attending and she isnt nominated or presenting but as her film has been nominated 4 time the academy are happy for her to be there to support her film. Keira's film has been nominated for 7 and james mc who got snubbed also is there and as she has the credibilty of being having a past best actress nom i have no doubt they at least asked her...im not jumping to conclusions as she said at the elle style awards she was not going because she wasnt nominate.IMO I think this is childish as she could go to support the director at least,it is a real shame wouldve loved to hae checked out what she wouldve worn

I think a lot of stars are invited but they don't go. Going to the Oscars year after year when you aren't nominated for anything can get a bit boring.
