Can someone explain to me how the designers settle on particular models (or the other way around?) for these events? Some of these make sense, ex: MCB showing up with Tisci at the MET, etc, but some are seemingly SO RANDOM. I've never thought of Miranda Kerr as being Michael Kors' muse. Alessandra for Prabal Gurung? Etc.
so many misses.
Marcia Cross looks like she's going disco dancing
what was Ashley O thinking with those awful shoes and that plain jane dress
Whitney Port looks good actually
Alessandra's dress could have looked good but it just looks messy and so does her hair
Jessica Alba i think looks good
and i know we shouldn't talk about it but everybody is so tiny they just make the clothes look bad
I hate to say it but Karlie Kloss looks AMAZING. And I love Chanel Iman's dress on her.
I hope we get more pictures with somewhat exciting dresses. Everyone looks a bit boring and too safe (black, white, red). Kristen Dunst looks good in that suit but I don't like the hair.
Only 6 pages?!
Almost everyone looked great last night, my favorite was once again Karolina Kurkova. But all the model looked amazing last night (I didn't like Chanel I. hair but that's another story) esp Karlie Kloss who was, at least for me, the one who rocked red better (plus I love Prabal designs)
Special mention to Anna Wintour who actually looked great She has the Lively syndrome, she looks better in something which is not Chanel.
Liv Tyler & Kerry W. almost never got it wrong and last night was a proof! Miranda K. looked very sexy in her dress and Sobiesky worked the suit better than Dunst.
As for Ashley Greene, if the shoes had been different I would have totally dig the outfit!
Pretty boring I must say. However, Kirsten was the epitome of chic, Karlie was sexy in red and Karolina was fierce.
Why the hell was Whitney Port there? I enjoyed watching her on The City, but what exactly did she do to get invited to the CFDA? Her sad attempt at a crappy fake fashion line?
I personally don't mind Phoebe's ill-fitting suit. It's reminiscent of Celine's spring 2011's loose silhouette.
