Not sure about the show.....but it looks like Mugler S/S 1992.

What is going on with Karen these days? She went crazy and was instituitionalized, right?
What caused her to break with reality? Janice Dickinson once cracked about Karen sleeping her way to the top.

^She had issues with depression (Bipolar?) and was suicidal. I'm not sure if she actually was institutionalized or not.
However, she recovered, and she had a baby last year. She's also a singer now.
