But seriously, does Greg Kadel even shoot Vogue Brazil covers like that? Could it be for something else?

Well - a quick search of Greg Kadel shows that he does shoot a lot of Vogue covers - mostly for Germany though, with some China and even a Mexico thrown in. He also does a lot of Numero. But unless I'm mistaken, isn't Vogue Brazil under new management now? So it's totally possible he is shooting is first cover for them. Though I'm secretly hoping it's something else lol!

I hope it's for Numero! Another Vogue under her belt wouldn't be so bad either. And I do think it's for something other than VB because it was stated that she only had two eds, both of which were shot in Brazil by other people and I don't think they would do just a cover by someone else that wasn't part of the eds? That would random... unless they do that a lot, but I'm not really an expert.

It says that she's already been photographed. She's returned to NY, and the cover try is a yes for them (Vogue Brasil). So I guess it was for the Feb issue. It does seem random though to not include an editorial as well . . .

Yeah, I wonder how that's going to work out and why they just didn't pick a cover from the two eds they already shot.

Oh, also Adriana was on the cover of GQ Spain, November issue and I believe no one mentioned it yet. I think it's an original shot (actually seems like a candid from some event she attended) but I'm not sure.
