Akris F/W 2019.20 Paris

And is consistently delivers good collections. It's not ground breaking, but it's well designed, and wearable, with interesting prints and colours. They keep their customers happy and well dressed, you can't fault that.

It started off on a directional high, but then just went downhill. It's not necessarily bad or ugly, it's just that you can easily find these sort of looks at Max Mara. So I agree that it will sell for his customers, but then that's where it will end. I don't think it makes any distinct statement, which ultimately for me is as hollow as an Elie Saab/Naheem Khan collection.

I'll always have a soft spot for Akris though!
