yeah they were rather contra-alexa, it seemed. was rather negative. but the bit about cory kennedy was interesting.
 
that actually sounds like a very interesting documentary. no body in the us even cares about stuff like that let alone makes a documentary about it.
 
nicestthing do you still have the recording? would it be possible for anyone to put it on youtube?

I think it's not like the bbc, you can watch the videos on the website even if you don't live in France or Germany.

^Not sure if it only works in France, Germany and Switzerland. I'm trying to rip it but I haven't found out how to yet. None of my video downloaders can do it :doh:
 
^But their YouTube channel doesn't work in most countries either (doesn't even in mine although arte.tv does work). I think I found a way to download it, will try to post it later, if it works and if no one else has posted it by then.
 
umm well they really did not endorse those it girls but it was interesting to see what impact it girls have on society and how society has an impact on it girls.
but it was kinda weird that they portrayed cory kennedy as the "former it girl" that had a mental breakdown when her time in the limelight had ended and that she tried to have a "comeback" when she dyed her hair blonde...
funniest part when the jalouse crew (who initiated the transformation) went through all her photos and said "ugly... ugly.. oh that's ugly" like, at every photo... oh well.
they basically interviewed every protrayed it girl, except for alexa who refused to be interviewed. that's probably why they did not really gush about her.
 
Is this video just a short extract from the movie or is it the whole thing?
 
Please, if somebody has a YouTube or Daylimotion or any other source for that documentary please do tell...karma will fill your life!
 
^The It Girls one? I managed to download it but when I tried uploading it to sendspace I got an error message after 98% was uploaded, lol. But Alexa really isn't in it that much. It's a nice doc, though.
 
I can try uploading it again tomorrow. But I only have the German version.
 
ah where can i watch it? i live in the US! I wan to see the bit about Cory Kennedy and the Jalouse crew bashing her old photos!
 
I would also like to watch it If anybody could upload that would be much appreciated!
