At a Miu Miu party last night, we caught up with former model Alexa Chung, the host of MTV’s It’s on with Alexa Chung, who was spinning some classic beats as she DJ’d the event. Alexa counts Miu Miu among her favorite brands because of its classic silhouettes and color palettes. “I could buy a Miu Miu winter coat and not feel bad about spending the money because it’s an investment,” she said. Switching CDs and drawing attention to her self-proclaimed “killer DJ skills,” Alexa divulged that Jason Bateman and Sienna Miller are among her favorite guests she has interviewed on her MTV show. “Sienna is just a girl’s girl,” she said. “She’s the best friend and a bit of a tomboy, which I love.” With the first 14 weeks of her show having flown by, we can’t wait to see what’s next for this new “it” girl.
