The Versace dress...tacky (well it's Versace, after all). She manages to make it look great, though. It looks even better with the blazer coat.

Also is that Adele in the last picture with her? If so, then she looks different...

I'm really not a fan of the Versace dress. Obviously she looks incredible in it, but that's because she's gorgeous! I like it much more with the coat, for me it fits her personality better.
